We have authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to facilitate our transcript orders. All transcript requests must be made on the secure Clearinghouse website. In addition to credit card payment, the online service provides e-mail notification once orders are processed in Widener University Main Campus Registrar.
Therefore, requests for transcripts via fax or by U.S. mail are no longer accepted in the Registrar's office.
All transcript requests — except School of Law students and students in the School of Law's Legal Education Institute — must be made on the secure National Student Clearinghouse website.
You can request your transcript by going to: www.getmytranscript.com where service is available at any time.
Transcripts are sent out within five business days after a completed request from the National Student Clearinghouse is received in the Office of the Registrar.
Unfortunately, rush service is not available through the registrar's office. And we will not issue transcripts to students with an outstanding financial obligation to Widener University.
