Environmental Science

The Department of Environmental Science at Widener offers both a major and a minor in environmental science.  These interdisciplinary programs utilize courses in the other science disciplines as well as a selection of introductory and advanced courses offered by the department.In addition, a minor in Environmental Studies, which is interdisciplinary with Social Sciences, is now available.  

Courses Offered
In addition to courses in environmental science the department offers courses in astronomy, geology, meteorology, oceanography, paleontology, physical geography, and marine science.
