Business Process Innovation
The Certificate in Business Process Management is designed to give students the cross-functional perspectives necessary to manage today's process-oriented organizations. Our practical approach combines business concepts with IT skills to examine strategy, process design, process performance indicators, continuous improvement, and innovation.
When you earn your BPI certificate, you will be ready to land one of the many newly created business process positions in forward-looking organizations or to see your current organization from a new perspective.
