Business Process Innovation
Why Widener?
Widener's
AACSB accredited program prepares students to connect information technology (IT) with business for sustainable competitive advantage. In today's fast-paced and constantly changing business world, agile information systems are crucial for business process success. Information agility integrates information architecture with competitive strategy and business process excellence by coordinating the latest thinking in data design, knowledge capture, change management, and project management. When combined with business process mapping and redesign, both technical and non-technical managers can substantially improve the business value generated by an organization's IS resources. These classes are taught by full-time faculty along with selected industry practitioners to provide students with a combination of theory and practical application.
