150th Anniversary Gala

Celebrate the Widener School of Engineering’s Sesquicentennial
And Support the New Anniversary Scholarship Fund

Please join us for a gala commemorating the School of Engineering’s 150th Anniversary on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Philadelphia’s Franklin Institute. The evening will begin with the President’s Reception in the Franklin Institute’s exhibit halls of Electricity and the Giant Heart.  Dinner will follow in the rotunda at tables surrounding The Benjamin Franklin National Memorial, a 20-foot marble sculpture of one of the world’s best known and Philadelphia’s best loved inventor and engineer.

The gala will mark the launch of the Anniversary Scholarship Fund, a fund that will provide financial assistance to Widener engineering students well past our next milestone anniversary. We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to celebrate our history and support the future of engineering education.
