2. We are typically asked for our Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development & Leadership (ODL) for corporate cohorts. This degree program is designed to help working adults assume supervisory and leadership roles in diverse corporate, service, and non-profit settings. The program concentrates on strengthening critical thinking, ethics, and stability and change.
