My research interests lie in understanding the consequences of rules, both legal and industry mandates, on organizations. This includes the impact of ethics regulation on organizations and understanding the opportunities social media has for financial statement dissemination. I have journal articles published on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) on the use of both social media and Twitter for the delivery of financial statements to Stakeholders. Additionally, I have several articles based on effective teaching methods in business.
