I am interested in all aspects of strategic planning, institutional effectiveness and organization unit assessment. In addition, I am interested in faculty approaches to the design and implementation of faculty who teach hybrid and/or online courses. My research with Dr. Richard Freishtat at the University of California-Berkley focused on student perceptions of teaching effectiveness in hybrid courses.
