Join us for the upcoming Open House Wednesday, October 24, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to learn about Widener's Graduate Studies and Extended Learning academic programs.
The Center for Extended Learning offers undergraduate degrees especially designed to accommodate the busy schedules of working adults. Widener faculty and industry experts engage with students in the classroom and through advanced methods of online instruction to ensure they receive the practical skills and knowledge needed to be successful in today’s competitive job market.
Widener University bachelor's degree students are trained to cultivate critical, creative, and independent thinking. Graduates have an excellent reputation in the workforce as they continue to demonstrate intellectual integrity and confidently hold leadership positions within their organizations.
Associate's degree programs accelerate the potential for students to earn a diploma, as they typically require only 60 credits to complete. Additionally, courses within associate's programs are designed to seamlessly feed directly into a bachelor's program should students decide to continue their education.
Selecting a minor allows students to customize their bachelor’s degree by concentrating in a particular area of professional or personal interest. Below are the minors currently available to extended learning students. Professional & applied studies students are required to choose a minor. View detailed descriptions of each minor.
