Requirements, Radiologic Technology, Extended Learning
Prerequisite academic courses that are necessary for admission to this program and degree program courses can be taken through the Center for Extended Learning of Widener University in the evening or online. Transfer credit will also be reviewed prior to admission into this program.
Following admission to the program, 24 months of radiologic technology courses and clinical training will be taken at Crozer–Chester Medical Center and its clinical affiliates. Students will receive Widener credit for all Crozer-Chester courses and clinicals and will be required to complete their degrees before sitting for the national registry board examinations.
Admission Requirements for the Radiologic Technology Program
- Completion of a medical terminology course is recommended
- 2.50 or higher GPA
