If you are looking to specialize in Adult Health-Gerontology, with an option in Emergency/Critical Care; Psychiatric/Mental Health; or Family Nurse Practitioner, consider the Master’s Program in Nursing (MSN) at Widener’s School of Nursing. You can also earn a Post Masters (PM) certificate in these areas.

If you are an Advanced Practice Nurse seeking a leadership position at the highest level of clinical competence, consider our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

If you want to teach the nurses of tomorrow, we offer a doctoral program (PhD) along with an accelerated MSN/PhD option that prepares you for a career as a nurse educator.

In addition to program diversity, at Widener, you will find in your classroom students and faculty from a diverse range of ages, ethnicities, years of experience, work history, and specializations.

At Widener, we want you to succeed, so we tailor a program to meets your individual needs. You may enroll on either a full-time or part-time basis, so you can focus exclusively on your graduate school efforts or continue in your current position while completing your degree. The time required to complete your certificate or degree depends on the option that you choose.

If you are looking for an ideal vehicle for a ride on the fast track to career advancement or modification, we have the program for you.
