Biography
Dr. Martin E. Goldstein has authored various scholarly articles concerning arms control
and nuclear proliferation. Goldstein has authored four books on American foreign policy,
including The Two Poles of U.S. National Security Policy: Arms Control and Military Preparedness
and Arms Control and Military Preparedness from Truman to Bush.
After having been awarded two governmental fellowships, Goldstein spent two years working for the Department of Defense as a policy analyst and has worked with the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
Goldstein received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University and received his doctorate in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr.Goldstein has been a member of the faculty at Widener University for 40 years, specializing in government and politics.
