The sciences accepted students day is designed to give you the opportunity to become further acquainted with the exciting opportunities available to you as a student in one of Widener's science programs.
Registration for Sciences Accepted Students Day
Schedule
9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Registration in 3rd floor lobby of Kirkbride Hall.
10:00 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.: Sit in on a Widener science class of your choosing. *
11:00 a.m. – 11:10 a.m.: Welcome from Professor Harry Augensen, Associate Dean of the Sciences Department.
11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Tour of the Kirkbride Hall.
12:45 p.m. – 1:55: p.m.: Lunch
2:00 p.m. – 3:25 p.m.: Specific discipline activities.
2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.: Optional meeting with financial aid and/or tour of campus.*

* Sitting in on a Widener Science class and the financial aid/tour of campus parts of the program are optional. However, students and their families are encouraged to attend.
