High School Girls' Workshop

The number of female business majors is small and getting smaller. One of the main reasons for this low enrollment is girls’ lack of knowledge of how successful women can be in business fields and their perception of the “glass ceiling."

This workshop aims to demonstrate to young women the opportunities that a business degree will afford them. At the same time, a panel of very successful women executives will serve as role models for them. The workshop will include role playing, networking, emotional intelligence exercises, and a business simulation. Participants will be assessed through their presentations and team work by our business executive guests.
