Widener-Crozer Allied Health Partnership, Continuing Studies
Widener University's Center for Continuing Studies and Crozer-Chester Medical Center have partnered to offer two joint degree programs in allied health. This partnership allows students in these programs the opportunity to apply for financial aid.
- Bachelor of science in allied health for diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound)
- Associate of science in allied health for radiologic technology
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Radiologic Technology programs enable students to earn both a Widener degree with training for a national certification in ARDMS for ultrasound or in ARRT for radiologic technology.
Ultrasound cohorts begin in September and January while radiologic technology cohorts begin in January and July. Both programs have a rolling admissions process.
Prerequisite academic courses are necessary for admission to both programs, which can be taken at Widener University's Center for Continuing Studies in the evening or online.
