Dr. Meghan Pifer is Assistant Professor of Higher Education in the School of Education, Innovation, and Continuing Studies at Widener University, where she teaches graduate courses in the areas of higher education organization, administration, and governance; diversity, access, and equity; and teaching, learning, and faculty development.
She received her PhD in Higher Education from Penn State, her EdM in Higher Education Administration from Boston University, and her BA in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Her research interests include faculty career and doctoral education, equity and diversity in higher educaiton, and networks and identity in social contexts.
