Tests of Engineering Aptitude Mathematics and Science (TEAMS) is a unique and challenging academic program and competition that helps prepare students for tomorrow's world - today. Widener University has served as a host site for the TEAMS ® competition for a number of years.
The TEAMS competition is a one-day, two-part academic exam. Students learn to work cooperatively as group members during the competition. The experience is designed to introduce students to an engineering team work environment. Awards and recognition are possible at the local, state and national levels. Teams of high school students must register through their teacher.
The registration cost for the first team from each school is fixed. Additional teams from the same school register at a discount per team (please note: these costs are from the 2009 competition, and are subject to change).
