Dr. Chen McCain received her Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management from The Providence University in Taiwan, and her MS and PhD in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Her work experience includes positions as a tour guide, a restaurant assistant manager, a host in the Imperial Palace Casino, and a marketing consultant for government and private companies in casino, restaurant, and theme park projects.
She has presented papers at CHRIE national conferences and the Graduate Education and Graduate Study Research Conference in Hospitality and Tourism.
She has published in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism, and the World Hospitality and Tourism Trends.
Her research interests include: Customer Satisfaction, Commitment and Loyalty. She teaches Hospitality Marketing, Tourism, Casino Hotel Management, and Research Methodology.
