Connie Holt, MS, RD

Connie Holt received her BS degree from Cornell University, and her MS degree from Western Reserve University. She completed a dietetic internship at University Hospitals of Cleveland and is a registered dietitian. Her expertise and teaching experience are in the science of nutrition and food preparation. Her work experience includes: clinical and management positions in tertiary care and rehabilitation hospitals, and in ambulatory care facilities.
She has consulted for community and government nutrition programs. She has presented and published in the field of dietetics. She is an active member of CHRIE, the American Society of Healthcare Food Service Administrators, and the American Dietetic Association. Currently, she is serving as president of the Philadelphia District Dietetic Association and as a board member of the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association.
