Dr. Jeff Lolli is an assistant professor in the School of Hospitality Management at Widener University.  He earned his AAS degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College and his BS in Hospitality Management, MS in Human Resource Management, and EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Widener University.

Prior to his academic career, he worked for over 20 years in the hospitality industry with various companies such as Wyndham Resorts, Sands Casino Hotel and Harrahs Entertainment. Jeff held entry-level to executive level management positions in both food and beverage and hotel operations.

Jeff has been a full-time faculty member since 2003.  He teaches various courses such as Introduction to Hospitality Management, Lodging Management, Resort and Timeshare Management, Facilities Management, Human Resource and Labor Relations and Restaurant Operations Management.&

He is a member of the Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (CHRIE), and the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA).  He advises Widener University's AH&LA Student Chapter.  Jeff has served as a site team member and team chair for the Accrediting Commission for Program in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) accreditation visits.  He currently serves as commissioner for ACPHA, the Director of Networking for the Northeast National Federation (NENA) of CHRIE, and as a member of the Advisory Board for Philagreen Hospitality Association.  He is a Certificed ServSafe Food Safety Instructor and a Certified Hospitality Educator.

Jeff's research interest include: organizational behavior, interpersonal communication dynamics, human resources, and hotel, resort, food and beverage, and gaming operations; as well as pedagogy in hospitality higher education.
