Why Attend?

Participants will learn how a multi-organizational hospital and long-term care system utilized change theory and safety coaches to embed a culture of safety throughout their system. Attendees will also learn about strategies for risk assessment and interdisciplinary teamwork to prevent falls and pressure ulcers. Models of delegation and time management application will also be covered.

This session provides 6.0 nursing continuing education (CE) contact hours.
