Study Excursions

You have several options for participating in short-term educational trips in the U.S. and around the world.

  • International Tourism Management Elective: In this course, you will take an eight-day, deep dive into Italian tourism. You will tour an Italian wedding venue and explore the secrets of Italian cuisine through a day-long cooking experience, wine and food pairings, and a walking tour of Rome, the Vatican, and the Coliseum.
  • Domestic Excursions: From cultural immersion trips to national conferences, you will have opportunities to experience the inner-workings of tourism and hospitality in San Francisco, New Orleans, and other domestic travel hubs. You will taste gourmet food, explore event venues, and serve the local community.
