Flexible Learning Options
All of our degrees are flexible and include part-time and full-time options. Most degree options also offer online and blended-format courses. Several programs are completely online and each program can be tailored to your needs as a student.
The Center for Education offers both master's level and doctoral level programs in education, in addition to post bachelor certifications, some of which can be earned in approximately one year. Graduate certifications are offered at a discounted rate.

The Center for Education at Widener is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), www.ncate.org. This accreditation covers initial teacher preparation programs and advanced educator preparation programs at Widener’s Main Campus and online programs. However, the accreditation does not include individual education courses that the institution offers to P–12 educators for professional development, relicensure, or other purposes.
