Homecoming Event, Human Sexuality Studies
Homecoming gives the Center for Human Sexuality Studies (CHSS) a chance to reconnect with and recognize its many successful alumni. It also gives current students the opportunity to network with these accomplished professionals.
Annually at the CHSS homecoming event, a student or alumnus is awarded the Patricia Barthalow Koch Award for Research Publication in Sexuality. This award, sponsored by Dr. Patricia Barthalow Koch, is awarded for the publication of original research in the field. Current students and alumni (up to three years after graduation) are eligible.
In addition to the Koch Award, CHSS annually awards a leader in the field of sexuality with the Points of Pride Award. This honor is given to a professional working in the field of sexuality who is both committed to the field and a supporter of CHSS.
