My Widener Experience
why did you decide to pursue a graduate degree in physical therapy?
The staff was highly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The Chester Community Physical Therapy Clinic (CCPTC) was also a big draw, with opportunities to lead while still in school.
what is your favorite memory of widener?
My favorite memory at Widener was the Combined Section Meeting in San Diego that Widener allowed myself and other board members to attend and present on the CCPTC.
My Professional Experience
what advice would you give a prospective student considering widener's dpt program?
There are many factors to consider when looking for a PT program, but Widener University is at the top of most categories. With excellent facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and opportunities outside the classroom, WU cannot be beat.
what do you like most about your current position?
I most like the ability to lead younger Airmen and influence the patients coming in to the clinic. I have multiple opportunities for growth and development in and out of the clinic, and the Air Force is about developing great leaders and great PTs as well.
