We have seen great success come to employers who partner with us to increase their organization's visibility and build and maintain a presence on campus. Conduct Information Sessions or Serve on Panel Presentations

Connect with students on campus by giving a presentation about your organization, career field, potential job opportunities, or a professional development topic. Information tables may also be scheduled for employers with larger target audiences.

On Campus Recruiting

OCR is a program that enables employers to visit Widener's main campus to interview students for full-time, part-time, internship, and co-op employment. Interviews are scheduled by our office and take place in the recruiting center on the third floor of the Career Services building.

Participate in Career Services Activities

We would welcome the participation of a professional representative from your organization to assist the Career Services team with special programs related to resume writing, interviewing, social media, and job search.

Serve as a Job Shadowing Site

It is very beneficial for students to have an opportunity to spend some time shadowing a professional in various fields. This provides the student with an overview of what various professions are like.

Connect with Faculty and Student Organizations

We can arrange for you to meet with faculty while you are visiting our campus and as well as refer you to faculty advisors and student leaders of campus academic organizations. There are approximately 40 academic clubs at Widener, many of which actively seek to bring outside speakers to campus to discuss career opportunities.
