SHADOW A CURRENT STUDENT

Visiting campus and shadowing a current student allows you to see what campus life is really like at Widener.  Observing a real college-level class allows you to explore the inner-workings of the major that interests you most.   You will have the opportunity to speak with current students and faculty members, and experience the intellectual discussion found at Widener.

Our Shadow a Current Student Program is conducted over the Fall and Spring semesters, and consists of the following:

  • Sit in on a class with a current student in your academic area of interest
  • Tour of Campus
  • Lunch is on us

Additional Notes:

  • Online requests to shadow a current student must be made at least 5 business days in advance
  • You will be contacted by a member of the respective Academic Department to confirm details of the visit

**  If you are interested in joining Widener's Honors Program in General Education, please contact Dr. Ilene Lieberman, Director, at (610) 499-4275 (or by e-mail at idlieberman@widener.edu) to arrange a visit to an Honors course while you are on campus.

If you are unsure of the academic school or college that includes your major of interest, please visit our Programs and Majors webpage.

NOTE:  Online registration for this program will be available in September 2008
