NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

In the summer, Widener University will offer six one-day summer registration sessions for deposit paid students.  Dates for Summer 2008 include:

• Monday June 23, 2008
• Tuesday June 24, 2008
• Wednesday June 25, 2008
• Monday July 7, 2008
• Tuesday July 8, 2008
• Wednesday July 9, 2008

**  Please Note:  Once a session date reaches maximum capacity, an email confirmation will be sent to the student's Campus Cruiser email account if they are confirmed for that date.

Each new student will attend one of these dates.  Upon confirmation of attendance to Widener through paying the deposit, a new student will receive information in the mail on Summer Registration. 

During summer registration, students will have the opportunity to take placement exams, meet with faculty members in their major, register for courses, and learn about the many services and support systems available to them once on campus.

Each new student is encouraged to bring two family members to the Summer Registration session.  Family members will have the chance to individually meet with representatives from various offices on campus and to learn about the academic experience on campus, residence life, campus safety, and the student code of conduct.
