  • My role: I support and provide leadership to the awesome Muller Hall staff and all initiatives surrounding freshmen, transfer, and international recruitment.
  • My favorite thing about my job is: Accepted Students Day! This is our team’s Super Bowl, and it is so energizing and exciting to welcome all of the admitted students to campus and show what Widener is all about. Everyone across campus collaborates to make this event special, and everyone demonstrates all of their Widener Pride.
  • My favorite place on Widener’s campus is: The Leadership Wall in the Oskin Leadership Institute. I love reading the leadership philosophies (articulated in under ten words!) of our students. It’s very inspiring.
  • Fun fact about me: At three years of age, both of my sons joined the Widener Pride community as students – in the Child Development Center – and have been “judges” in the Chester and Melrose mascot auditions.  Widener Pride starts young!

  • I work with students from select schools in Chester County, PA.
  • My role: I provide leadership and facilitate collaboration between members of the campus community to enhance the new student process. My focus is on evaluating and enhancing the freshman experience, including the application process, travel strategy, publications and online information, and welcoming new students to campus. 
  • My favorite thing about my job is: having the opportunity to work with students, staff, faculty, and other members of the Widener community to provide an overall experience for the next chapter of the student's academic career.   
  • My favorite place on Widener’s campus is: the dining hall, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect for conversation with students and colleagues.
  • Fun fact about myself: I have been a faculty member at Widener for the past 10 years, teaching courses in communication studies to our adult undergraduate population. (I am also a big Baltimore sports fan!)

  • My role: I work very closely with International Student Services (ISS) to ensure our students have an enriching cultural experience here at Widener!
  • My favorite thing about my job is: meeting international students and their families — whether it is at an Open House, high school visit, or education fair in their home country — and ultimately welcoming them to campus for new student orientation.
  • My favorite place on Widener’s campus is: the observatory, especially during public stargazing.
  • Fun fact about myself: I once lived in Istanbul Turkey.

  • Fun fact about myself: I have never lived in New England, but I am a Boston sports fan, Celtics, Bruins, and especially the Red Sox. However, I am randomly a Washington Redskins fan for the NFL. Fenway Park is the cathedral of baseball!
