Scholarships

Students are automatically considered for academic scholarships ranging from $7,500 to 43,296 – full tuition coverage – just by applying. Additional scholarships include Presidential Service Corps, music, and the honors program.

Paid Co-ops & Internships

Widener students take their learning beyond the classroom and into the real world through experiential learning opportunities through co-ops and internships

Veteran Benefit Programs

Montgomery GI Bill® and Post 9-11 GI Bill® benefit programs are available to qualified veterans or their dependents who want to attend Widener University. Widener also participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program, offering matching tuition assistance to all eligible students.

Widener Grant-In Aid

Widener award grant-in-aid to full-time, undergraduate day students who demonstrate financial need based on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). to full-time day undergraduate applicants who demonstrate financial need.

Campus Work Study

Students can earn funds by working for the university through the federal work study program or through direct university employment opportunities.

Army ROTC

Army ROTC scholarships pay up to full tuition and fees, $1,200 per year for books, and a monthly stipend. Widener University also provides a generous room and board incentive to scholarship winners.
