Alumni Volunteer & Excellence Weekend ~
April 13 & 14, 2012
This years Alumni Volunteer and Excellence weekend will honor past and future alumni, staff, students, and friends of Widener University who have generously given of their time and spirit.
Weekend highlights include a Volunteer Celebration Reception to take place on Friday April 13, 2012, and a bevy of activities including our Homecoming/Reunion planning luncheon for all reunion years ending in 2 and 7. The weekend will culminate with our Alumni Awards Celebration honoring our award winning alumni on Saturday April 14, 2012.

- Alumni Athletic Games
- HOMECOMING DAY GAME including the Golf Cart Parade, Color Guard Presentation, Halftime Broom Drill, and Crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen.
- African American Alumni & BSU Post Game Receptions/Office of Multicultural Student Affairs Reception
- Family Day Treasure Hunt

2013 Call For Nominations for the Alumni Awards
Do you know and alumnus that would be perfect to receive and alumni award or recognition?
The call is out for nominations and now is your chance to nominate, or have someone nominate you, for recognition of your achievements as an alum. The deadline for nominations is July 31, 2012, and the award recipients will be announced in November 2012.
The awards will be presented on April 2013 at Widener's Alumni Awards Celebration.
