MATCHING GIFTS
Corporate matching gifts are a great way for Widener alumni, parents, and friends to maximize personal contributions to the university and increase the impact of their gift.
By taking advantage of a company's matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple the amount of a contribution.

Review a list of matching gift companies. If you do not see your company on the list, check with your human resources or benefit administrator's office.
How do I get my gift matched?
Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers. Most corporations require a matching gift form you can get from your human resource or benefit administrator's office. Complete your portion of the form and submit it along with your gift to Widener. We will verify the information and return it to the company. Then the company will send a contribution to Widener in line with their policies and procedures.
