Pioneer Review

Widener will soon begin construction on a new academic building to house the School of Nursing and the Oskin Leadership Institute.

Widener's four campuses became tobacco-free on July 1, 2010.

The Pioneer Review is Widener's literary journal on campus that publishes a print issue every spring.

The journal takes submissions of fiction, poetry, non-fiction, drama, and art from Widener students at any level of learning; here are our submission guidelines. The staff holds workshops for students to attend so that they may receive feedback to better improve their work. The Pioneer Review gives students the opportunity to receive publication credit. Additionally, working on the journal gives students hands-on experience in editing and publishing.
