If you use media to connect with your peers, consider one of our student organizations as your next step to the big leagues.
At Widener, students operate the campus radio station, WDNR 89.5FM, as well as the university’s television station. If writing is your passion, Widener Ink, the Widener literary journal available in print and online, is also put together by students.
Broadcasting from the basement of Howell Hall, WDNR is a multi-format, non-commercial station whose signal is powered by 10 watts and transmitted from an antenna perched on Old Main’s dome. The studio for Widener TV, which is broadcast throughout campus on Channel 88, is located in Lathem Hall.
