All undergraduates are guaranteed housing in one of Widener's:
- 17 standard residence halls
- 3 apartment/suite style buildings
- 3 themed houses
You might like living here so much that you never move off-campus.
We also include housing accommodations for students with support animals, please see the information on the Residence Life Public Office Page in CampusCruiser for more details.
Living Learning Communities
Want to be part of a dynamic community of students committed to leadership and community service? Widener's Living Learning Communities (LLC) is for you. LLC teams collaborate on hands-on projects that connect Widener with the local community.
Residence Life Programs
There's lots of fun and learning on-campus, no matter where you live. Throughout the academic year our Resident Assistants coordinate over 100 programs — everything from movie nights to safe sex workshops to diversity awareness. They're also happy to listen or lend a friendly hand when you need it.
Choose from our affordable meal plans and dining halls including the Pride Café, McMorland Food Court, and our newest dining options, Moe's Soutwest Grill and Einstein Brothers Bagels. Our Dining Services staff is happy to accommodate students with special dietary needs.
New to campus? Switching to different housing? Our check-in process makes move-in day a breeze for freshmen, transfer and returning students.
