Students are our first priority.
Widener University is committed to providing you with the resources and services you need to have the best college experience possible. From academic support to health and wellness programs to multicultural forums, and interfaith resources, we’ll do everything we can to help you reach your educational and professional goals. That support includes:
- Counseling Center | Access counseling, psychotherapy, education, assessment, and psychiatric services so you can enjoy mental and emotional health.
- Interfaith Center | Attend a service, meditate, participate in a student-run prayer meeting, or learn about local places of worship.
- International Student Services | Get help with your visa, attend International Club meetings, and connect with other international students at Widener.
- Multicultural Student Affairs | Learn about our Multicultural Student Affairs 1821 Experience pre-orientation program and our PRIDE Mentoring program, just two of the many ways Widener promotes diversity and supports students from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
- Wellness Center | Take a group aerobics or spinning class, work out in the strength training room, or challenge yourself on our 24-foot climbing wall.

In this pre-orientation program, you will explore how multiculturalism adds to the college experience and connect with other students on campus.

Summit Widener
This multi-day backpacking trip, led by members of the Outdoor Adventure Club, offers incoming Widener students a chance to build self-confidence and a social network of like-minded students on campus while having fun in the Appalachian Mountains.
