In Memorium: Associate Professor David Arnold
Professor Arnold was a member of Widener's Chemistry department for 39 years and a founding member of the Biochemistry department. He taught some of the earliest offerings of Biochemistry courses and enthusiastically supported the development of the Biochemistry major. Professor Arnold was known for his sense of humor and for his eclectic collection of teaching aids; memorable among which were his chalk bandalero, his huge collection of chemically and biochemically themed T-shirts and his unrivaled stock of puns, quips and quotations.
