philosophy

Though there is no major or minor, Philosophy is an essential part of general education.  Widener's commitment to liberal learning provides students the opportunity to explore the broad range of offerings in Philosophy.  One can study Logic, Ethics (both pure and applied), and Aesthetics, as well as the perennial questions of Epistemology and Metaphysics.
