The Widener University Cooperative Education (co-op) program is at your service and ready to assist you with your Co-op hiring needs. Our Co-op program allows you to have a student at your company year round.  Here's how it works:

Co-op Cycle 1 - August to January: Includes mid-year sophomores, juniors, and seniors
Co-op Cycle 2 - January to August: Includes juniors and seniors
Co-op Cycle 3 - May to August: Includes sophomores and juniors

Program Details

The Widener co-op program is one of the more unique programs in the region. For over 30 years we have assisted employers in filling their co-op positions. We are one of the only programs to have a rich history in the region in conjunction with a four-year program that delivers full-time employees faster than other programs.

A major advantage to Widener's co-op program is that students are not required to participate.

That translates to students that are electing to work, and who want to work, and are not burdened with the additional costs of tuition for the co-op experience.
