Attendance Policy

If you choose not to attend Widener University, you are not permitted to use the Widener I-20 to enter the United States. You are required to return the I-20 to Widener (with a written letter canceling your admission) to the following address:

Important: In the event you arrive in the United States on Widener’s I-20 and attend another school, you will be out of status with Immigration and will need to apply for reinstatement of status. This process will cost you $380.00 USD. This will not be considered a transfer under any circumstances. This statement is per
