Welcome to the Help Desk. This portion of the ITS web site provides useful information related to software/hardware common to typical employee PCs on campus. (NOTE: students should visit the "Student Computing" area of this web site for information related to the student computing environment and technical support).  

The HelpDesk Services staff provides assistance with computer related problems, issues and questions. The staff also coordinate communications with the other ITS groups for call escalation, support and troubleshooting. The HelpDesk Services is comprised of five functional areas: PC Support, Hardware Support, Student Computing, Duplicating and Telecommunications. HelpDesk staff also provides emergency pager support after hours.
