Public invited to music and dance performances at Widener
On Nov. 30, Widener's chamber music program and dance program will perform in the Kapelski Recital Hall.
Chester, Pa. – Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season this November and December by attending music and dance performances by Widener University students. The four performances are free and open to the public.
Performances will be held on the following dates:
• Students in Widener's chamber music program and dance program will perform Friday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. on Widener's Main Campus in Kapelski Recital Hall (LC1). The building is located on E. 14th and Walnut streets. There will also be a special exhibit featuring artwork from Widener studio art students during the intermission.
• Students in the vocal program will present their annual fall studio recital on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. on Widener's Main Campus in Lathem Hall located on E. 13th and Potter streets.
• Students in the Widener Chorale will perform on Friday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m. on Widener's Main Campus in Kapelski Recital Hall (LC1) and Saturday, Dec. 8 at 4 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, located at 301 E. 9th St., Chester.
