      HR Unveils New Online Performance Management System

      Widener University is proud to announce the launch of PageUp™, an online performance management system! The new system will provide periodic, real-time feedback to all employees – exempt and non-exempt alike – about their performance. This online system will give greater consistency and accountability and foster communication across the university. The Office of Human Resources believes the system will result in a clearer line of sight as to how all of our individual contributions impact each unit and the university's strategic plan. The new system will allow users to add real-time feedback throughout the year and even upload emails or other documents into the system to complement the review.

      The system will launch June 26 when managers will begin inputting the goals, competencies and development plans for their staff. Throughout the month of June, there will be demonstrations and training available so that the entire university community may become familiar with the system. Managers are encouraged to meet with their employees in the beginning of June to discuss their 2017-2018 performance goals so they are prepared to begin using PageUp™ on June 26.

      The university-wide demonstrations will be held in Founders Hall, Room 109 on the following dates:

      • June 6 - 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.
      • June 7 - 9-10 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.
      • June 15 - 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.
      • June 19 - 9-10 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.
