Welcome to the Enrollment Services Center. Our goal is to assist students in the completion of their business functions at Widener University – everything from checking financial aid, paying a bill, getting your Campus1Card, or assistance with completing your registration.
New Student Registration:
Widener University offers six one-day New Student Registration sessions for deposit paid incoming freshman students. During New Student Registration, students will have the opportunity to take placement exams, meet with faculty members in their major, register for fall courses, and learn more about services and support at Widener. Continuing Student Registration for Summer 2008 and Fall 2008
Online registration for Summer 2008 classes will begin on March 31, 2008 and end on May 16, 2008.
Online registration for Fall 2008 classes will begin on March 31, 2008 and end on September 12, 2008.

University Housing Dates
Students who are staying in Residence Halls for the spring semester will have until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 to complete check-out and move out of their room. Aramark dining services will close at 2:00 p.m. on Wedneday, May 7, 2008. Graduating seniors who wish to stay in the Residence Halls for the week before Commencement need to contact Student Affairs at 610-499-4390 to make arrangments.
Students who are planning to live on campus in the Residence Halls for the Summer, the earliest move in date will be May 18, 2008.
Summer Financial Aid
Applications for summer financial aid are located on the Forms and Publications page of the SFS website. Student Financial Services requests you complete an application so they can help you plan your summer enrollment and financial aid package. Pennsylvania resident students who qualify for PA State Grant funding can also access a PHEAA State Grant Summer Application for submission.
Direct Deposit is Available for Student Workers
Did you know that direct deposit is available for student employees at Widener? Student workers can sign up for direct deposit of payroll earnings into their checking or savings account. Ask about payroll direct deposit the next time you visit Lipka Hall. Direct Deposit Forms can also be downloaded from our Forms and Publications page on the SFS website. The forms must be returned to the Widener Payroll Office.
Information on Loan Issues for 2008-2009
Student Financial Services has begun communicating with our continuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional students on issues affecting them for federal loan funding next year. We have created an About Loans page to provide information on issues and will be updating it frequently.
