Welcome to the Enrollment Services Center. Our goal is to assist students in the completion of their business functions at Widener University – everything from checking financial aid, paying a bill, getting your Campus1Card, or assistance with completing your registration.
Fall 2008 Semester Bills
Fall 2008 bills have been mailed and are due on August 7, 2008. Students can log-in through Campus Cruiser to view and pay bills, set up a fall 4 month payment plan, and assign authorized payers to view their account information. Links to billing, and information on payment plans and authorized user set up are provided on the left side toolbar on this page under the MY BILL section.
Lipka Hall One Stop Center Offers Extended Hours for the Start of Fall Semester
The Lipka Hall Enrollment Services Center is pleased to offer our students extended office hours during the first two weeks of the Fall semester. If you require any assistance with billing issues, paying your bill, financial aid applications, registration issues or other business questions please stop in, our staff will be happy to assist you. Our office hours are listed below for the start of the semester:
Student Registration for Fall 2008
Online registration for Fall 2008 classes will end on September 12, 2008.
Refer to the Registrar's Office for instructions on how to register online. NEW for Fall 2008--Students will be able to drop and add courses online through Webadvisor during the drop/add period enrollment dates at the start of the fall semester. University College and Graduate students may go to their school's homepages for additional information on registration or class listings.
Summer Financial Aid
Applications for summer financial aid are located on the Forms and Publications page of the SFS website. Student Financial Services requests you complete an application so they can help you plan your summer enrollment and financial aid package. Pennsylvania resident students who qualify for PA State Grant funding can also access a PHEAA State Grant Summer Application for submission. PHEAA has also initiated an application for a PHEAA summer state grant online this year on their website. The deadline to apply for a summer PHEAA State Grant is August 15, 2008.
Direct Deposit is Available for Student Workers
Did you know that direct deposit is available for student employees at Widener? Student workers can sign up for direct deposit of payroll earnings into their checking or savings account. Ask about payroll direct deposit the next time you visit Lipka Hall. Direct Deposit Forms can also be downloaded from our Forms and Publications page on the SFS website. The forms must be returned to the Widener Payroll Office.
Information on Loan Issues for 2008-2009
Student Financial Services has begun communicating with our continuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional students on issues affecting them for federal loan funding next year. We have created an About Loans page to provide information on issues and will be updating it frequently.
