register for classes

Log-in to Campus Cruiser and then go to WebAdvisor and access Student Services.  Under Registration on the left select Express Registration if you know the courses and sections you want.  Fill in the Subject, Course Number, Section and Term (do not use the synonym column).

When you have completed registering, go to the option on the left side of the screen titled ‘My Class Schedule’. Click on ‘My Class Schedule’, indicate the term you want and click submit. Then print a copy of your schedule. After you select course sections in ‘Express Registration’, you will be taken to the new ‘Preferred Sections Screen’ and asked to take an ‘Action’ on the course section you selected.

Preferred Sections Screen
After you register for one or more course sections, your choices are placed in a ’Preferred Sections Screen’. As you are making a selection for each course section in the ‘Action Box’, check the ‘Capacity/Enrolled Waitlisted column to make sure the section is open. Only attempt to register for open sections. Register for credit unless otherwise directed by your advisor. The use of waitlists is not an option. After making your selection in the ‘Action Box’, go to the bottom of the screen and click ‘Submit’.
If you need to leave CampusCruiser prior to completing your registration and have to get back to this screen, log-in as above (step 1) and select ‘Register for Previously Selected Classes’.

Please be advised – When registering for classes from this Preferred Sections Screen, if one of your selections fails, then all your selections will fail. If your registration fails, read the message explaining why and then re-register without the course that caused the problem.

Some reasons for registration failure are: (a) closed courses, (b) pre-requisites not met, (c) repeating a course, (d) time conflicts and (e) some type of hold (Bursar, Registrar, Health, Advisor, or Judiciary).
Plan your schedule carefully before registering for classes. A pdf copy of these registration instructions can be found here. Log-in to Campus Cruiser now to begin registering for classes.
