Vision 2015
VISION 2015 is the University’s strategic plan for growth and development, beginning with its date of approval (2004) through the year 2015. The work supporting VISION 2015 has occurred at both the unit and university levels with the understanding that the plan is “evergreen”—that while it represents a commitment to a well-articulated pathway to excellence, it will also be evolving and changing in some of its more subtle features over the next 10 years.
Ongoing work on VISION 2015 initially focused on its foundation for Middle States re-accreditation, as described in the report: Streamlining Processes and Reports (White Paper, PDF 36KB) followed by other key descriptors of the work.

Following the successful re-accreditation of the University (June 2007), the work of VISION 2015 now focuses on the “evergreen” nature of the plan, with the steering committee and three key committees (Assessment & Accountability; Strategic Plan; and Campaign) reviewing the plan to determine what, if any, adjustments need to be made.
