TYPES OF AID
Widener University participates in a wide variety of financial aid programs to assist our students and their families in paying for their post-secondary education. These include grants, scholarships and work programs funded by the University, as well as assistance from federal and state programs, and private resources.
Over 85 percent of Widener's full-time, undergraduate students receive some type of financial assistance. Students may qualify for academic-based scholarships, need-based assistance, or both.
