School Of hospitality Alumni

The School of Hospitality Management is proud of its almost 1,600 alumni who work in all facets of the hospitality industry throughout the United States, and also globally in areas such as India, Guam, and the Caribbean.

Steven Redkoles

Steven Redkoles is the General Manager of the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel in San Jose. His hotel was recently rated by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the ten best hotels in South America and Mexico. Along with obtaining his degree in Hospitality Management, Steven minored in Spanish and has built a successful career with Marriott International in Spanish speaking countries.

Chip Wade

Chip Wade is a Senior Vice President of Red Lobster Restaurants. Chip has worked his way up the career ladder in the restaurant industry, having worked in management positions with TGI Fridays, Olive Garden, Legal Seafood, and Red Lobster. Chip is originally from Media, PA and serves as co-chair of the School's advisory board.

Robert Marshall

Robert Marshall is President and General Manager of Wheeling Island Gaming in West Virginia. Bob has achieved success working for organizations such as Sands Hotel and Casino, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and the Delaware North Companies. He is co-chair of the School's advisory board.

Kevin Kenney

Kevin Kenney is the District Manager for Sports and Entertainment in the ARAMARK Corporation. Kevin is responsible for managing Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

Christopher Keane

Christopher Keane is the Director of National Accounts for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

Colleen Pine

Colleen Pine is the Premium Service Manager with ARAMARK at Citizens Bank Park.

Michelle Marrama

Michelle Marrama Bach is the Catering Manager with Restaurant Associates at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Pamela Lee

Pamela Lee is the Director of Business Development for Renaissance Hotels North America. Pam has been with Marriott and Renaissance Hotels since graduation.
