LAND DEVELOPMENT
Direct access to the technical, environmental, legal, and political aspect of the land development process is what we offer at Widener. To earn our graduate level certificate in Land Development, you must complete two core courses and two elective courses totaling 12 credit hours. These credits can be completed in as quickly as eight months, and can also be applied towards a master's degree in Civil Engineering.
The Land Development Certificate Program gives the practicing professional a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the land development process, blending theory and practice to help develop the skills and understanding needed to succeed in this competitive business.
